• Metallising plant for Pex-b-PIPES

    This plant is used to metallise PEX-b pipes to rapidly increase the degree of cross-linking of the products. This complete installation can be used to metallise both ring-shaped and straight length goods. The overall plant consists of a water and steam conditioning unit fitted in a 20` container, and a metallising chamber for cross-linking ring-shaped goods or a chamber for cross-linking straight length goods.

    Multiple metallising chambers can also be operated with a single steam conditioning container (to increase throughput).
    The steam generator can optionally be equipped with an oil or gas burner.
